From Day One to Final Offer

The Corporate Resource Centre (CRC) at Amity University Noida works with students from the moment they join, through internships, skill development, and industry exposure, all the way to their final placement. The process is structured, transparent, and fully automated to ensure every eligible student gets a fair shot at every opportunity.

The Placement Process

Step 1

Register on the Placement Portal

All active job notifications are published on the Amity Placement Portal and Amizone simultaneously. Students log in, check eligibility, and apply directly through their account. Once registered for a drive, participation is mandatory.

Step 2

Pre-Placement Talk

Before each recruitment drive, the visiting company conducts a session covering their work, culture, job profile, and expectations. Attendance is compulsory for all registered students.

Step 3

Written or Online Assessment

Companies conduct aptitude, technical, or domain-specific tests through automated proctored platforms. These assess mental aptitude, verbal and non-verbal reasoning, and subject knowledge.

Step 4

Group Discussion

Selected candidates participate in a group discussion round, which evaluates communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to present and defend a point of view.

Step 5

Personal Interviews

Final candidates go through one or more rounds of personal interviews covering technical knowledge, domain expertise, and current affairs, depending on the company and role.

Step 6

Offer and Onboarding

Successful candidates receive their offer letters. The CRC coordinates documentation, background checks, and any further communication with the employer through to joining.

How the CRC Prepares You

The CRC's role goes well beyond coordinating recruitment drives. Students receive structured support throughout their program to ensure they are ready long before a recruiter arrives on campus.

Resume Building

Students are guided on crafting focused, one-page resumes that highlight skills, projects, and internship experience. A standardised resume template and review support is provided, with final resumes uploaded directly to Amizone for recruiter access.

Aptitude and Technical Training

Regular training sessions cover quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and domain-specific technical skills, aligned with the formats used by top recruiters in online assessments.

Soft Skills and Personality Development

Workshops on communication, leadership, teamwork, and professional conduct are conducted throughout the program. Students are also prepared on professional presentation, including business formal requirements for all placement interactions.

Industry Expert Sessions

The CRC regularly brings industry professionals to campus for talks, seminars, and interactive sessions. These give students exposure to real-world expectations and help them build confidence ahead of interviews.

Mock Interviews and GD Practice

Simulated interview rounds and group discussion practice sessions are conducted to help students get comfortable with the format, receive feedback, and improve before actual drives begin.
